Best Replacement Water Line in New York NY

Found A&E NYC Plumbing on Google was a little worried at first because i never had them work for me but the technician was very nice and polite he charged a lot less and, arrived really quick he found out what the problem was and fixed it right away excellent service. Definitely would call again if we have another problem. 5 STARS!!!

My problem was not fixed. Still, I give Chris very high marks. He did everything right. I have a drain that is clogged with cement. He put a camera down to see what the blockage was. He tried all the tools at his disposal to break it up. He was not successful, but it was definitely not for lack of trying. He worked hard for see arak hours and charged a very reasonable amount. I will call him back when we start the next step to remediate.

Very competent and even gave us a plumbing lesson so that we could take care of issues on our own. Really appreciate their service and will definitely use them again in the future.

Called a number of places, and Boris Mechanical was responsive and also offered a fair price. Many others weren't willing to provide estimates or were bad at getting back to me.

Rr is a terribly over priced service that has horrendous customer service. Melissa in the office was unhelpful and nasty. To snake 10ft of drain was 650 bucks which they won't quote over the phone and after waiting 3 hours one evening the technician didn't show up till 8am the next morning letting our basement flood all night. This is a grab bag company that preys on their customers desperation in emergency situations. I will call a local plumber from now on.

They are the most qualified and the state of the art of plumbing.

My building manager referred me to Neo Plumbing when I had a leak in my bathroom, I called them and they were able to schedule the plumber the same day. The plumber, Nick was very experienced and knowledgeable and was able to find and fix the leak within an hour. Great job, will definitely use them again for any of my plumbing needs.

We have dealt with a few plumbers and because we bought a new condo in Brooklyn (don’t buy a new condo in Brooklyn) our plumbing problems seem endless. Rafael was so kind and professional, showed up EARLY which is amazing and unheard of, and made sure that we really understood the situation. Vuksani replaced a complete toilet and shutoff valve for me. Coordination was easy, team showed up early to prepare (job required a building water shutdown), and worked cleanly and professionally. Would gladly use Vuksani again for future plumbing jobs.

They did a great job even tho they were working in a freezing cold flooded basement.

Had the most pleasant experience with this company when my building management was being absolutely horrid. Actually the best, moved stuff around for us and accommodated with the multitudes of red tape my building has. Wayne was the best he arrived ten minutes early and stayed in the lobby for a whole hour because of paperwork issues and was just so nice and patient. And he got everything done efficiently and well timed. Could not recommend a better service.
