BL held the position of technician. He arrived on time, dressed professionally, was courteous, and was intent on ensuring he understood our problem and repaired it in the quickest, least expensive way possible. He kept us apprised of everything he observed along the course and recommended the most effective cure. After assessing the likely source of the water backup, he suggested that it would be in the best interest to start with a scope to identify if the issue was a blockage or something else. The scope is significantly less expensive than a cable. In addition, he stated that he clears the majority of blockages with the camera, avoiding him from charging more for a Rooter cable. In addition, he warned that if the camera locates the obstruction but is unable to clear it, he will not charge for the camera effort and will only charge for the cable work.

Had the most pleasant experience with this company when my building management was being absolutely horrid. Actually the best, moved stuff around for us and accommodated with the multitudes of red tape my building has. Wayne was the best he arrived ten minutes early and stayed in the lobby for a whole hour because of paperwork issues and was just so nice and patient.
