Extended heat riser to accommodate new flooring. David and Marlon did a great job. They were neat and were very specific about what needed to get done and what door is j they should take to complete the work. Very pleased with Aladdin.

Our plumber, Ray , showed up within the allotted time frame. He cleared my drain promptly and gave me excellent advice on how to fix the problem.

I used Fred Smith Plumbing and Heating at the recommendation of the super of my building and I'm so glad I did. They removed an old bathroom vanity and installed a new one (and new fixtures). The job went faster than estimated and they did a top notch job. They even tighten a loose shower handle and kitchen faucet while they were there. Did I mention they did all of this during July 4th week?! I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for excellent plumbers in NYC.

I live in Kips Bay and I was glad to be able to find a plumber that was in the neighborhood (and not coming from Brooklyn or Jersey like so many others do). Really fast response time (in my case it was within 30 minutes!), and the rates were reasonable. Thank you!

NYC Emergency Plumber & Sewer arrived, found the obstruction in my floor drain, and scoped the pipes to check that everything was in working condition. They were wonderful to work with and quite professional. They are excellent, and I would employ them again.

Choose IMP. IMP Plumbing is about the only honest plumbing company I came across after reaching out to nearly 10 different plumbers. In assessing quality, accountability, pricing, and customer service, IMP can't be beaten.

While I was skeptical of hourly pricing, I had called ahead and sent pictures of the job site beforehand - I needed a P-Trap installed. They agreed it was a small job and it should take an hour max. When things took unexpectedly longer, and when there was a leak after the job was done, they stood by their work and got the job done without any additional cost. All in all I paid just over $300 for labor ($200/hr), parts (~$75), and tax at the time of my job. They also didn't collect any money before the job was DONE. You NEVER see that these days with service providers.

Other companies overcharged or asked for money just to come check the job site out, usually on the order of $100-$300. Just to see the job. Then they give you any arbitrary quote they want, and if you don't like it well money is theirs. It's literally robbery. Others overcharge for parts and labor like crazy. Check my review on Roto-Rooter for example which tried to charge me $900 ($825 for labor and parts + tax). $825 vs. $275. Literally a 3x markup. Robbery.

Also, a lot of companies would charge you for their own issues in managing time, but IMP didn't. These days, there are hardly any companies that are that proud and confident in their workmanship. Moreover, the plumbers there took so much pride in their work, and were so pleasant to work with, that the experience of dealing with the plumbing issues was actually enjoyable.

You can't go wrong with IMP. They are my new go to.

My old water heater was leaking and needed replacement. I called Neo Plumbing and they scheduled to come and replace it the next day. They recommended a good water heater,
picked it up from the supplier and brought it to my home without any extra charge. They replaced the water heater and took care of disposing of the old one.

Mike R came out for a required inspection. He's a very nice guy, easygoing, and explained exactly what he was doing and what the requirements are. All in all, a good experience (in spite of the series of minor repairs that will cost more than $1500).

1. They NEVER SHOW UP--they came recommended by a neighbor, so despite the reviews, I called them. They didn't bother to show up to the first appointment, after I called them, they rescheduled for the next day, and they were FOUR HOURS LATE.
2. They were UNABLE to fix my problem when they did show up--clicking radiators, which I had explained over the phone.
3. They never got back to me with a replacement estimate despite THREE follow up phone calls from my end.

AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE and UNSKILLED LABORERS!

I trie to use this business. I called 3 times to confirm the appointment. I even agreed to pay there ridiculous fee to send someone to inspect my ac. Day of appointment I get a call saying there was never a appointment today. Poor planning and scheduling. And even poorer customer service

Plumber from hell. Work not done right and egregiously overcharged. Strung me along all day too and wasted a lot of my time. Had to hire someone else to subsequently fix the venting of the hot water heaters and meanwhile the gas remained shut off by National Grid an extra day.

unfortunately, they are extremely rude when calling in for information. They just hang up on you before you even get your information out.
