Called 30+ plumbers in New York City for application for new water meter permit. Nobody wanted to help. Spoke with Joey from Harris Plumbing and within 2 weeks I got my water meter permit and everything was installed and application filed. For the replacement of a main sewer line tap, I received many quotes. JP had the greatest pricing I could find and was very responsive and informed. They were on time, and the personnel was excellent. One of the team members cleaned up a section of my grass that was a disaster from a prior contractor while they waited for the inspectors. Despite the fact that I didn't ask for it, he was really helpful. I'll be calling these people first if I have any other requirements.

Called Vuksani Plumbing for an emergency as our toilet was leaking to the downstairs neighbor's apartment. Marko showed up within 20 minutes and did a fantastic job patching up the leak in less than an hour. Left the bathroom clean too. Ran testing between our bathroom and the downstairs neighbors bathroom to ensure the leak is no longer present. Excellent customer service and very knowledgeable. Explained the root cause and provided insights on how to remediate the issue long-term so this does not occur again. Pretty friendly and helpful. The prices were reasonable due to the short notice and emergency call. They are there when you need them and 24/7. Vuksani is very reliable and trusting service you can count on. Thank you!
