I want to commend Plumbing NYC for its excellent service, especially for its communication skills. My water heater broke down and leaked. They fixed the leak and installed a new water heater.

I needed emergency service and called Roto Rooter. They were able to send someone quickly. The plumber, Ben, was very professional and was able to take care of the issue quickly. I’ve used Roto Rooter in the past and have always had a great experience. Prices are reasonable and they provide great service.

My water heater was not providing sufficient hot water and I contacted Neo Plumbing to fix my issue. The plumber, Nick came on time and diagnosed the problem, and gave me an estimate. The price was fair and they completed my water heater repair. I am very happy with the service.

Beware of Watson's Senior Plumber Richard Robinson. On 1/2022 he failed to conduct an thorough assessment on my shower. He diagnosed a ceiling leak with 100% certainty without even opening the ceiling. He blatantly lied on the plumber report. I complained to Watson's & was ignored. At all costs avoid Watson's plumbing & especially dishonest plumber Richard Robinson.

Good work - lousy on calculation of hours. Over billed by two hours with little regard to trying to correct the issue. Two hot water heaters that required six hours to install, but bill included eight hours labor.

Anthony was able to service 2 of our properties. I can’t say enough about this establishment, from the office, to the plumber,very courteous, professional and prompt.
