I'd highly recommend Rite Plumbing & Heating. I looked at multiple plumbing companies through manhattan who were able to apply for building permits and found Rite Plumbing to offer the most competitive price and fair. I needed to install a utility sink in my unit and it required going through a condo board that wasn't very helpful. Rite Plumbing was very responsive and helpful through this process, they answered and returned all my calls. The installation went smoothly and did not require any rescheduling.

Jakai (Brooklyn, New York) was incredibly kind, helpful, and professional. I could not recommend him enough if you have any pipe/toilet/sewage difficulties. Jakai is a rockstar!!

They arrived earlier than expected for an urgent issue and fixed our drain pump.

Excellent amazing fantastic service. I'm sooooo happy. I had other plumbers come and they couldn't fix my drain. He was here 15--20 mins and got it done. He arrived early and I wasn't home yet and he waited for me with no problem or complaint. Very pleasant and professional. I highly recommend. I found them doing a simple search and I'm so happy I did.

I own a business on the lower East side of Manhattan, I had a pipe leak and Harry from Waterhouse was there within the hour.. He fixed the problem and business was back to normal. Harry is very professional and also made me laugh. Thank You Harry!! You will be hearing from me again harry.

Mike is the greatest! Nicest guy and super knowledgeable. Fixed my problem and explained what he was doing. He also put a thorough write-up in the bill for my landlord. He even followed up over text the following day to make sure everything was still working as expected. 5-star service for a 5-star dude!

Stanley & Jacob who came to empty my drain, were kind and considerate. They were really knowledgeable and able to fix my problems at a fair cost. I have utilized this company numerous times for blockages, repairs, and replacements, and I intend to continue doing so.

The staff is experienced, competent and always willing to go above and beyond to get the job done.. Excellent service!

These guys are terrific. They are responsive, courteous and efficient. I had to have them come twice this week for two different issues. Both times, they were able to come the day I called. They solved the problems and are very easy to deal with.

I had a great experience here. Needed some clothes dry cleaned on short notice and it was no problem at all. They also went above and beyond to attempt to remove a stain and almost succeeded (honestly was not possible but appreciated the effort). Extremely friendly. Very convenient. Affordable as well—for nyc standards. Give this place a try if you live nearby!

The technician was courteous and competent. He had a clear aptitude for his field. In the near future, I'll most likely give them a call first!

Reliable, straight forward, reasonably priced.

Watson has been my go-to plumbers for pipes, leaks, and inspections. More recently they came to my rescue when our (new!) hot water heater stopped working and the pilot light would not relight. Based on that, I will probably use them for more heating services too and get one stop shopping.

Everyone has been great.

Worst customer service in the plumbing business. Contacted them regarding a boiler issue and the secretary that answered the phone was short and didn't allow me to finish what I was saying before she hung up on me. I called back and she made an excuse that she was on 3 other calls and that they were not available for appointments in the next 2 weeks. Take my advice, don't waste your time calling them. Such a big company, with all these pics posted of their vans, equipment and front of the business but they can't handle call volume or customers.

I'm giving 5 stars because they have integrity in spades. I called another plumbing company and they promised to come but an hour later, I called back and no one could make it. Kew Forest called me back and talked me through shutting off a valve so that they could come during normal business hours to deal with my issue. So grateful we have a company like this that puts customers first and deals with the issue in a timely way to bring peace of mind to their clientele. I cannot express my gratitude. Thank you for being so professional and prompt!
