Had a 50-gallon water heater in my apartment where I had not much room, I was told that tankless water heater will do the same job — called Rite Plumbing and Heating for an estimate. They calculated how much hot water I spent with my fixtures and suggested the tankless water heater. I hired them, and they put the new tankless water heater, so far so good and so much more room I have now. Thank you for your excellent work.

Wow, what a fantastic adventure! They reacted rapidly and effectively. Even though I called them after 3:30 in the afternoon, they still came out the same day to fix the leak in my backyard (even though they were contacted after 3.30 pm). They found the problem, and the next morning (early), they fixed it, along with other minor difficulties I'd been having in my residences, such as a loose kitchen sink faucet, poor shower pressure, and a broken toilet valve. The quality and efficiency with which they completed the project impressed me greatly. A buyer need go no further than the supplied 2-year warranty for assurance of quality. Strongly suggested!!!!! I booked an appointment a week ago and called to confirm it in the morning. After confirming the appointment at 8:30 a.m., the company emailed me at 10:30 to say they wouldn't be able to make it. I took the day off from work. According to the person I spoke with, they are an emergency based business so this happens! I would not recommend.

I'm giving 5 stars because they have integrity in spades. I called another plumbing company and they promised to come but an hour later, I called back and no one could make it. Kew Forest called me back and talked me through shutting off a valve so that they could come during normal business hours to deal with my issue. So grateful we have a company like this that puts customers first and deals with the issue in a timely way to bring peace of mind to their clientele. I cannot express my gratitude. Thank you for being so professional and prompt!

They were very responsive from the start and communicative throughout the process. I had several issues I needed to fix for a subletter from long distance, and they kept me informed throughout, and got everything taken care of the next day.

I contacted Mike because my heater was running sporadically. He answered promptly and was able to squeeze me in 2 day time and diagnosed the problem with my boiler in 5 minutes. He was able to fix the problem so I can get heat for now and told me if it breaks, he will return with the replacement part if it breaks.

He is efficient and honest. I won't hesitate to use him for all my repairs.
