Just when I thought there wasn't an honest plumber left in New York City, I stumbled upon Hub. The owner, John, was upfront about what he thought my issue was and suggested I get in touch with another type of service because he assumed I didn't need a licensed plumber. He actually tried to save me money! In the end, I did need a plumber, so I called back and he sent his associate Harvey to my place. Harvey was awesome too. Super friendly and went above and beyond to get the job done. We talked about how great John is. How often does an employee rave about their boss?! All-around thumbs up to this company!!

Mr. Festim Shala was professional, courteous, highly competent and went out of his way to address all of our concerns at a very fair price. We highly recommend him and would definitely hire him again.

Our building uses Fred Smith and we had a broken pipe in our kitchen. Fred Smith gave us a service call, then canceled and rescheduled it. On the second time when they were due to come, they simply canceled. WORST BUSINESS EVER! DO NOT USE THEM!

I got home last night at 3 am drunk my toilet had flooded my basement, this guy arrives within 90 minutes and has the entire mess cleaned by the time 6 am hits. I am so thankful the best part is it costed less than what I expected I mean you get what u pay for but in this case I promise u 5 star service even at 4 am. please trust me and call these guys bc 24 hour plumber nyc is where I go for all things plumbing and I got plumbers in the extended family.

We had a bathtub faucet that, despite our best efforts, wouldn't turn off after evening showers. After we phoned this plumbing, Jeremy arrived, made the necessary repairs, and finished in within an hour. Despite being called in after hours, he was incredibly kind. I'm grateful.

TERRABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Don't waste your time!!!!!! Was told that the plumber would arrive between 10-1(kind of like cable), at 1:40 I get a call from dispatch saying the plumber was 30 mins away. 2:40 still nobody. So I called again, dispatch said driver was 15 mins away. 3:15 still no show! 3:25 driver calls and says he's 15 mins away.......30 mins later I called dispatch once again, they told me driver was 20 mins away......almost 4pm now, needless to say I canceled! Will 100% be giving my business to someone else!

Our pipes backed up in the basement. I called them at about noon and they we're at my house in an hour. They we're courteous, explained everything, and fixed the pipes pronto. The total cost of the job was $212 and it took them about 20 minutes to do it. Would most definitely use them again!
