I contacted because my water heater had stopped heating and I needed plumbing repair. Plumber came over and looked at it, adjusting one component. When he came the next day with the new part, he replaced it. My water heater was back up and running in a matter of hours.

The Empire NYC Plumbers experts arrived well before the 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. window. My old, leaky toilet was replaced with a brand new, watertight one. I like that they charge by the job rather than the hour, and that they explain everything thoroughly. I trie to use this business. I called 3 times to confirm the appointment. I even agreed to pay there ridiculous fee to send someone to inspect my ac. Day of appointment I get a call saying there was never a appointment today. Poor planning and scheduling. And even poorer customer service

These guys are lifesavers. Apartment was flooding with 2 inches of water, landlord was away and asked me to track down a plumber. Real emergency, and it was almost 1AM. Thankfully this plumber was actually 24 hours, and came within an hour of the call. Thank you!
