Look no further! Amazing service, prompt, professional and reasonable. Discovered leaking toilet and worried it could damage apartment of downstairs neighbor. At 5pm, Plumbing NYC answered the phone and put me in touch with the master plumber who said he could be at my apartment within 50 minutes – and was. The plumber had the materials to fix the toilet and finished the job in minutes. He was friendly, courteous and thorough -- and checked my second bathroom for free.

Wow, what a fantastic adventure! They reacted rapidly and effectively. Even though I called them after 3:30 in the afternoon, they still came out the same day to fix the leak in my backyard (even though they were contacted after 3.30 pm). They found the problem, and the next morning (early), they fixed it, along with other minor difficulties I'd been having in my residences, such as a loose kitchen sink faucet, poor shower pressure, and a broken toilet valve. The quality and efficiency with which they completed the project impressed me greatly. A buyer need go no further than the supplied 2-year warranty for assurance of quality. Strongly suggested!!!!! My aunt Clara had a bad steam heating leak that required immediate attention. Right away I told her to call IMP PLUMBING and speak to Maryann and tell her about the issue.. Maryann dispatched two plumbers that arrived exactly when she said they would at 8:00 am.The two plumbers addressed the problem, they were very professional. Did a great job, and in a few hours they were done . They were very helpful and explained everything to my aunt . If you need Plumbing or Heating service this is it..!

I'm giving 5 stars because they have integrity in spades. I called another plumbing company and they promised to come but an hour later, I called back and no one could make it. Kew Forest called me back and talked me through shutting off a valve so that they could come during normal business hours to deal with my issue. So grateful we have a company like this that puts customers first and deals with the issue in a timely way to bring peace of mind to their clientele. I cannot express my gratitude.
