I got home last night at 3 am drunk my toilet had flooded my basement, this guy arrives within 90 minutes and has the entire mess cleaned by the time 6 am hits. I am so thankful the best part is it costed less than what I expected I mean you get what u pay for but in this case I promise u 5 star service even at 4 am. please trust me and call these guys bc 24 hour plumber nyc is where I go for all things plumbing and I got plumbers in the extended family.

My toilet was leaking constantly and wasting a lot of water. The plumber arrived and repaired the toilet. Very happy with the quick and efficient service. Will use them again for any of my plumbing problems.

Arrived within a day of when I called them ready to replace water heater that was destroyed by IDA remnant. Removed old water heater within 2 hrs of job start. Left the area dry and clean. Had hot water 1 hr later. Great job.

Patrick knew exactly the source of the leak and fixed it promptly. He cleaned up as if he was never there. He displayed fantastic business integrity and I appreciate that he is customer oriented and a man of his word.

I appreciated the prompt response via texting and being able to send photos/videos of the issue, rather than needing to call and wait on hold like other places.

I've used this company twice now, and I have to say that they are the best! They are fast, efficient, and reasonably priced. The technician who came out was knowledgeable and professional. He knew what he was doing and was able to answer all of my questions without making me feel dumb for asking them. I will most definitely be using them again in the future!

Disappointing. Tried to use this company for service and called them twice, and they are conspicuously unresponsive.

Is this still a functioning company? I'm confused. 2 days in a row, I call them, get a timeslot. Two days in a row, 2 hours late, no courtesy call. I call them back. 'We will be right there'. An hour later I call back, annoyed. Again no courtesy call stating they will be late. 'We will be right there'. Another hour passes. No show.

On the first day, they finally showed up, 6 hours late, not one courtesy call. The dude forgot his tools, oops. Seriously? We schedule an appointment for tomorrow between 9am-12pm.

Tomorrow rolls around. 1pm and no show, no courtesy call. 'Is it ok if we come at 4pm?' Me, annoyed as hell. 'Sure'. 4pm, no show and no call. 'We will be right there.' They LITERALLY, NEVER SHOWED UP AND NEVER CALLED, ONE TIME. COMPLETE NO SHOW. Never seen it in my life. Not even a call to state that they will no show. We literally sat around all day waiting, they completely wasted our time.

Why is there not an option for 0 stars? This is the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with and that is saying A LOT.
