Awfu. - most egregious was doubling cost of work v other bids by 1) insisted on breaking open wall even though plumbing was exposed, 2) tried to charge for permits not needed, 3) Took multiple visits to get correct description of work & then sent email to coop misstating specifics to cut corners - then blamed me!!! Replacing existing kitchen appliances can't be that difficult.
Glad I got more bids.
FSPH was our building plumber & turns out they didn't look past immediate leak to evaluate rest of pipe - which subsequently broke & reflooded a bathroom

The plumber, Nick arrived on time with a big machine and cleared up the clogged drain in 30 min. Highly recommend using them for any of your plumbing problems.

He was amazing, he evaluated the job and realized we needed a new water heater and was able to install it immediately which kept me from closing down my business another day. I have a hair salon that can not run without hot water. He did a great job. Thank you
