Stanley & Jacob who came to empty my drain, were kind and considerate. They were really knowledgeable and able to fix my problems at a fair cost. I have utilized this company numerous times for blockages, repairs, and replacements, and I intend to continue doing so.

Owner or dispatcher needs a wake-up call in customer service. 1st appt 9-11 window, call to enquire, plumber shows up @ 2:15pm. Next day 9am appt, call @ 10:30am for an update might show up in an hour or 90 mins. 1pm arrival. They could care less how long you wait....

NYC Emergency Plumbing service always comes through when I need them. The plumber came the day after we called. David, the plumber, was really helpful in that he provided us with a number of different solutions to consider and answered all of our questions thoroughly. He performed a great job fixing our broken kitchen faucet and other small issues.

I've been struggling with my bathroom sink leaking for the past month and my apartment did a horrible job fixing it, which just made the leak worse. I called up today and requested service, and thankfully Neha was able to find the time slot that works with my crazy schedule. The plumber came today - found out what was causing the leak, fixed it, cleaned up and double-checked to make sure all was good. The entire process took less than an hour. Really recommend!

Vigilante came to repair a couple of leaky radiators and check the others. Michele Papa was the technician. Michele was friendly, courteous and knowledgable about the heating system in my brownstone. He made the repairs promptly and expertly, and—an added benefit—he thoroughly entertained my dog.

Basically impossible to get in touch with this vendor. After the first visit, they completed gone Ghost!!! Don’t start the job with them ever. Not reliable and a terrible communicator.

Discourteous employees and outrageous pricing. I would never use them again. Look elsewhere unless you like to pay triple the price. I would give zero stars if I could.
