We had a very big job. They explained the scope of work they were doing both before and after completing the job. The staff cleaned up after the work was complete. very satisfied giving them 5 stars.

Very happy with the service provided. John was thorough and knowledgeable. He was here within a hour of my call. We had a pretty severe leak and John had it fixed in just over an hour. He also followed COVID guidelines. Would recommend!

HORRIBLE. THE FIRST VISIT HE DID NOTHING EXCEPT CALL THE BOSS BILLY and then CHARGE $409. Next day Billy came hour late stayed less than two hours talked on his phone didn’t concentrate. After a day my boiler went out. Billy told me to call someone else. I did. New plumber said Billy forgot to turn water back on the boiler. I was horrified. I paid them $900. Then $350 to new plumber to fix their irresponsible work. Do not use them.

We had a bathtub faucet that, despite our best efforts, wouldn't turn off after evening showers. After we phoned this plumbing, Jeremy arrived, made the necessary repairs, and finished in within an hour. Despite being called in after hours, he was incredibly kind. I'm grateful.

I used HBNY for my LocalLaw152 requirements. Harry the owner came out and provided a quote for the work that needed to be done. It was much more competitive than other quotes I had so we picked his company. The work was done fast, cleanly and on budget, which I sure can't say for every plumber I've used over the years. I would happily recommend Harry and HBNY to anyone dealing with 152 issues or just generally if you need a good, responsive and affordable plumber.

My old water heater was leaking and needed replacement. I called Neo Plumbing and they scheduled to come and replace it the next day. They recommended a good water heater,
picked it up from the supplier and brought it to my home without any extra charge. They replaced the water heater and took care of disposing of the old one.

Raymond was on time and very responsive. I just spoke to him yesterday over the phone and I zelled him money to buy all necessary materials and he bought everything and he gave me a receipt. He is a homest and reliable person.He came to my and installed a hose into the back my dryer and then into the pipe in the wall.He is very competent and knowledgeable.He is very experienced he knows his job and he does his job well.

They installed a water pressure pump in my apartment and wouldn't come to service it . Said it would take a couple of weeks when I asked for someone competent.

Beware of Watson's Senior Plumber Richard Robinson. On 1/2022 he failed to conduct an thorough assessment on my shower. He diagnosed a ceiling leak with 100% certainty without even opening the ceiling. He blatantly lied on the plumber report. I complained to Watson's & was ignored. At all costs avoid Watson's plumbing & especially dishonest plumber Richard Robinson.

These people quoted me a price of $450 just for the mechanic to show up (I’m 10 mins from their business address) without even knowing what my problem was.

Vuksani replaced a complete toilet and shutoff valve for me. Coordination was easy, team showed up early to prepare (job required a building water shutdown), and worked cleanly and professionally. Would gladly use Vuksani again for future plumbing jobs.
