Initially we contracted them a electrical repair on one of our property, our tenant at the time was pleased and they expressed to us that CN was punctual, professional and gave them a detail explanation of the electrical fault and solution.

After our first experience with CN we then started to use them for more of our properties. They are very reliable especially when we are in need of emergency services. If CN says that they will be there in 45 minutes then they will be there in 45 minutes. Ever since working with this company we never had a issue that needed to be repaired twice. If CN come out to make a repair then that issue is fixed, we never have to worry about the same issue recurring.

It’s a relief to know that if we have a service request on one of our properties we all that we have to do is just send CN a email detailing the work needed and they will get it done efficiently.

They were busy, but got it done and programmed my existing remote that wasn't working correctly. Super nice people. Good, quick service, and really affordable. A key, fob programming, and a fob battery all in was around $30! I know where I'm going from now on for this sort of thing!
