We called in A&E NYC plumbing for a water heater repair. The techs showed up on time and were very professional. They repaired the water heater on the same day, so we did not have to go without hot water for a day. I highly recommend this company for any plumbing needs.

I have used WaterHouse twice now. They are very responsive, track the case number easily and arrive on time. They work until the actual problem is fixed. I can't thank Mike at Aladdin Plumbing enough. Had a major kitchen sink clog on the holiday weekend. Mike responded right away, offered to troubleshoot with me via text, and with his guidance figured out the fix. He was patient and an expert, and didn't insist on an expensive holiday weekend visit. Now a loyal Aladdin customer and will use them for all future plumbing needs. Honesty and expertise are a great combination.

Wow, what a fantastic adventure! They reacted rapidly and effectively. Even though I called them after 3:30 in the afternoon, they still came out the same day to fix the leak in my backyard (even though they were contacted after 3.30 pm). They found the problem, and the next morning (early), they fixed it, along with other minor difficulties I'd been having in my residences, such as a loose kitchen sink faucet, poor shower pressure, and a broken toilet valve. The quality and efficiency with which they completed the project impressed me greatly. A buyer need go no further than the supplied 2-year warranty for assurance of quality. Strongly suggested!!!!! Attentive staff very professional

I had an emergent plumbing issue in my apartment. For any toiletry repairs my coop required licensed and insured professionals. This agencies staff, in particular Melissa, was very professional and responsive. In a matter of 24 hours my matter was resolved and all required documentation was facilitated. I was very pleased with their services, and pricing. The plumber I was assigned was also very knowledgeable. He gave me the assurance I looked for. I highly recommend the services from this agency, and I am very glad I was recommended by another customer.

*This review pertains to a job I had done recently by Kew Forest Plumbing. I removed the old bathtub myself, so Kew Forest Plumbing is not responsible for any of the Sheetrock, tile work etc.

I reached out to Kew Forest Plumbing to install a new bathtub. They sent someone to measure and the owner gave me an estimate. I agreed and they were there the same week with all the materials. I was working that day and unable to supervise.
I came to check when the job was complete and was surprised to see the tub was smaller than the space originally measured. In addition, it was sitting on shims. This was not discussed with me. I paid cash in full because I was sure they would resolve this issue. That turned out to be a mistake. I went back and forth via email with the owner and his story changed multiple times. Ultimately, he wanted to charge me again to resolve the issue. I refused and he finally wished me luck and ended the conversation.

They measured 60 x 32. You can see from the wood exposed below which they installed. The tub installed was 60 x 30. They suggested I pour concrete to fill in the two inch gap. The tub is not sturdy because its on shims and its also way too narrow for the space.

I authorized them to do the job without asking any questions because I trusted them. They've done great work for me before. They dropped the ball on this one.

I had a leak in my basement and he was able to fix and replace the pipe that was causing the leak. He explained the issue and walked me through why the issue was happening and what I can do to prevent from happening again. Ray is very professional and reasonably priced. If you need a plumber, I would recommend him.

I had a couple of issues that needed fixing/investigating. One was that my washing machine didn't have hot water. The guy broke my drain pan moving the machine out and then just said I need a new box. He did not attempt to disconnect it or clean it (which might have solved the problem. ) I bought a new water leak sensor and asked them to install it. Gateway said that would cost $1500. I already paid $490 for the initial visit. Even though it would only take an hour or two, they said they charge for 4 hours regardless and that they are $350/hour. I hired a task rabbit to do it for $160 instead.

Had a minor plumbing problem, received quick and friendly service by phone and in person. Sheldon was amiable and fun and solved the issue in no time.

I DO NOT recommend this company....STRONGLY advise against it. They sub out their work so you are dealing with a third party. Which can be confusing & frustrating. The office hung up on me & failed to call me back. They don’t tell you pricing beforehand. They give you service fee price, but labor pricing isn’t hourly & once they figure out the problem & how long it will take, they don’t price it out & ASK YOU if you’d like to continue. I had to ask for invoice. Keep looking... this company ISN’T the one?
