This company is very ethical and works very hard for their customers. On top of that, they do a great job. Can't thank them enough for all they did for me! This is my official go-to plumber for the next time need for sure.

We scheduled a time for these guys to come to our apartment and provide an estimate for services. They gave us a one hour window. They did not show up at all and did not respond to texts/phone calls. I wouldn't count on these guys showing up - highly recommend you book someone more trustworthy and responsive.

We needed a plumber at 3 o'clock in the morning for a major main water leak outside. We did an quick search and made the call. They were extremely responsive and it turned out to be a complicated problem that they were able to fix.

Great experience overall. Friendly, incredibly responsive, and really clear and timely communication without being at all condescending (as repair people sometimes can be to women...). They we able to fit me in quickly, and were able to repair my problem for literally 10% of what another plumber quoted me. They also took masks/COVID safety very seriously as do I, which I really appreciate. The first plumber I called did not which was incredibly stressful. Lesson learned - call Aladdin first! Seriously, Aladdin was the bright spot of my week - thanks guys!!

The company would not send anyone out to assess my issue, but told me that they would not be able to provide me a quote or a ballpark over the phone other than to say it would cost $250/hour for whatever needed to be done, plus materials. The issue likely involves a pretty invasive fix, cutting into walls etc. If they won't look at the problem and give me an idea of what they would need to do, why would I let them go in blind and later bill me for whatever they thought needed to be done? It's not unusual not to be given a quote over the phone, but they also won't come look at the problem before they want me to put down a deposit. I was hopeful after reading their excellent reviews, but didn't understand this approach at all and will obviously not be using their services.

Have called this company four times, set up two different appointments to get an estimate, and they did not show up, deny that they know about the job, and do not call back despite leaving multiple messages. Clearly they are busy enough. Take your business elsewhere. Very unprofessional.

They was suppose to be at my residence between 10-130 no one showed we called got a new time 4 to 530 still no one showed

Choose IMP. IMP Plumbing is about the only honest plumbing company I came across after reaching out to nearly 10 different plumbers. In assessing quality, accountability, pricing, and customer service, IMP can't be beaten.

While I was skeptical of hourly pricing, I had called ahead and sent pictures of the job site beforehand - I needed a P-Trap installed. They agreed it was a small job and it should take an hour max. When things took unexpectedly longer, and when there was a leak after the job was done, they stood by their work and got the job done without any additional cost. All in all I paid just over $300 for labor ($200/hr), parts (~$75), and tax at the time of my job. They also didn't collect any money before the job was DONE. You NEVER see that these days with service providers.

Other companies overcharged or asked for money just to come check the job site out, usually on the order of $100-$300. Just to see the job. Then they give you any arbitrary quote they want, and if you don't like it well money is theirs. It's literally robbery. Others overcharge for parts and labor like crazy. Check my review on Roto-Rooter for example which tried to charge me $900 ($825 for labor and parts + tax). $825 vs. $275. Literally a 3x markup. Robbery.

Also, a lot of companies would charge you for their own issues in managing time, but IMP didn't. These days, there are hardly any companies that are that proud and confident in their workmanship. Moreover, the plumbers there took so much pride in their work, and were so pleasant to work with, that the experience of dealing with the plumbing issues was actually enjoyable.

You can't go wrong with IMP. They are my new go to.

Jack is honestly not just the best plumber I’ve ever hired, he’s possibly the best service professional I’ve ever hired. He is skilled, honest, personable, communicative, and fair in his rates. He is prompt. He hides nothing from you, and in one case (I’ve happily used him more than once!) he did not charge me extra for a repair that took perhaps twice as long as it should have.
