Im sorry if I do not remember every ones name, just a few, but please know that every single employee that came to my house was wonderful and appreciated. From the beginning Arjun and Joe were so helpful in getting the ballRolling, all the guys who worked super hard to clean up, separate everything and break up the tile, to the workers who fixed all the piping issues, all the way to Ralph who was kind enough to drop off extra bags when the work was completed. Very hard working team, super respectful and professional. We are impressed and wish we had used Roto-Rooter a long time ago. Thank you for making a tough situation slightly easier to handle.

I used Kew Forest to repair an urgent heating pipe leak the weekend before Thanksgiving (right before my house filled with guests). They came by on the weekend and advised on the best course of action and then completed the work that Tuesday. The team was knowledgeable, thorough, and friendly. I’ll use them again in the future.

George came on time and he and Steve worked hard all day to complete the work early. He inspected my system(s) and made recommendations for improvements. He went beyond the proposal and added baskets to some sprinklers and changed a radiator valve.You can't go wrong with Vigilante service even though they are expensive.

We had American Leak Detection come at the recommendation of a plumbing co. They came to locate a leak causing a high water bill. They found no leak except a drip in a faucet. The water biter calling the county ll remained high, which I could not see until the next billing period. After calling the county water co, and them saying I MUST have a leak, I called this co. They did not return calls and when I finally got in touch with them, they refused to come back without the full $450 charge and when I asked to have the boss call, no one ever responded. ACsaid he didn't want to get the boss annoyed, and I responded that I guess he thought it was better to have an annoyed customer. And no one responded.

Called to get a quote for a simple water filter installation. Receptionist tried a very hard sell. When I could not commit to a time/date for service she hung up on me. I called back to report her to her manager, and when I asked for her name she hung up on me again. Very unprofessional. Lots of other plumbing services out there. Don't need to be hung up on by someone who I'm going to pay! In addition, she blocked my phone number from calling the business again. Spend your money elsewhere!
