Caution ! The worst .

I had a frozen pipe and absolutely no water in the house. I've called multiple plumbers and no body wants to help EXCEPT for Barolli Plumbing. Arsen the master plumber was at a job at jersery, but he kept me informed and updated through text msg, he then contacted his cousin tom who is already a plumber to come over. Tom is on time and EXTREMELY professional. he was able to identity the frozen section of the pipe. and the guy wouldnt take a tip. they will definity be my go to Plumbers!!!

They installed a water pressure pump in my apartment and wouldn't come to service it . Said it would take a couple of weeks when I asked for someone competent.

Good work - lousy on calculation of hours. Over billed by two hours with little regard to trying to correct the issue. Two hot water heaters that required six hours to install, but bill included eight hours labor.

Plumber from hell. Work not done right and egregiously overcharged. Strung me along all day too and wasted a lot of my time. Had to hire someone else to subsequently fix the venting of the hot water heaters and meanwhile the gas remained shut off by National Grid an extra day.
