If I could put no stars I would. Do not use this person! He overcharges and then never gives the receipt that is needed for the closing of an apartment sale. He promises and promises and promises and it never happens. The attorneys need proof of work and he won’t provide any kind of receipt. Stay away from this man! He will try to charm and then he lies. Horrible! Initial interaction with this company resulted in them providing a quote that was 3x more expensive than another plumber. They wanted to rip out pipes that weren't even broken. Gave them a 2nd try for a much smaller problem which resulted in them not even showing up despite telling me that they were coming ALL day. One excuse after another and yet noone showed up. Other options available that seem to be more reliable.
