They are not the cheapest plumbers but they do their job pretty well and were willing to answer any questions.
Had a clogged tub. Went to their website to submit a request. They do have a minimum charge to respond to the call ($185 + tax for Upper East Side during normal business hour, over time will cost more). They are also able to provide certificate of insurance for their work upon request, but do expect a 24 hour turnaround to get the certificate. The team is very friendly and fixed the clog in less than 15 minutes. They also provide a 30 day warranty so if the tub clogged again within 30 days they will fix it with no additional charge. I have an old style drain (the drain stopper is outside of the tub), so it cost more to fix it than a normal tub. They also accepts coupon (just need to mention the coupon found on their website). So overall it's not cheap, but the quality is good.

Great experience overall. Friendly, incredibly responsive, and really clear and timely communication without being at all condescending (as repair people sometimes can be to women...). They we able to fit me in quickly, and were able to repair my problem for literally 10% of what another plumber quoted me. They also took masks/COVID safety very seriously as do I, which I really appreciate. The first plumber I called did not which was incredibly stressful. Lesson learned - call Aladdin first! Seriously, Aladdin was the bright spot of my week - thanks guys!!

Guaranteed me a plumber for 9am 1/19/18. Clogged drains, pretty easy job. I took off from work to be home. I had to call them at 9:30am to find out what was going on. Was finally told by guy on phone that their truck broke down. I asked for a guarantee that they would at least come sometime that day. Nothing. Just apologies. Ball dropped. Yawn.

Had a clogged toilet at a bldg I own. Was quoted a price for an excavation. Had a 930 appt which canceled at last minute. I have to travel to get to the bldg I own and wasn't very happy. Went back home and waited and waited, 5 hours later was told Plumber was on the way. I returned to the bldg very annoyed but was greeted by a very nice technician Ahmed 5384. He suggested we try to snake the toilet before going with the excavation at this point I just wanted it over with so agreed. Low and behold he cleared the line and replaced the handle made some suggestions on how to avoid a future clog which I passes on too the business owner. I'm so happy the 930am guy canceled because ahmed5384 saved me alot of money and stress. Not sure If I'd would use roto rooter again because it's obviously hit or miss with its technicians. If I do I'll ask for ahmed5384.
