The technicians and the crew were efficient and attentive to detail. They answered all my concerns and explained what was being done. They gave me honest and fair recommendations which I really appreciate.

BL held the position of technician. He arrived on time, dressed professionally, was courteous, and was intent on ensuring he understood our problem and repaired it in the quickest, least expensive way possible. He kept us apprised of everything he observed along the course and recommended the most effective cure. After assessing the likely source of the water backup, he suggested that it would be in the best interest to start with a scope to identify if the issue was a blockage or something else. The scope is significantly less expensive than a cable. In addition, he stated that he clears the majority of blockages with the camera, avoiding him from charging more for a Rooter cable. In addition, he warned that if the camera locates the obstruction but is unable to clear it, he will not charge for the camera effort and will only charge for the cable work.

I never used the service because appointments were made and no one ever showed up.

We had called in three different plumbers, but he was the only one who recommended emptying out the drain (which actually did the trick) rather than rebuilding the pipes. Now that our sink drains properly, we were able to save 10% compared to what it would have cost us had we followed the advice of the other plumbers.??

I called Chaim for a leak that was coming from my upstairs bathroom into my downstairs bathroom. He came and thoroughly checked both bathrooms. He explained the process every step. After he finished repairing the leak/pipe, Chaim and his assistant cleaned up afterwards. He was professional and honest. I will be calling them for any plumbing issues!

I have a mystery leak which may be causing the floor to buckle, and I asked Fred Smith Plumbing to come and investigate. My first interaction with them was fine, normal- I called, they showed up in the time frame they were supposed to show up, the plumber looked around, and couldn't find the source of the leak. Fine.
Then, since he was there, I asked if he could replace these faucets in the bathroom since they had been leaking. He said that replacing them would stop the leak. He helped me pick out some faucets on amazon, and said to book a new appointment when the faucets arrive. I booked a new appointment, and that's when the trouble started. On the day they were supposed to come, time passed, and I finally called, and the man who answered the phone said I wasn't on the schedule. Did they take your credit card information? If they asked, I gave it Well, you're not on the schedule, so you must not have given your CC information. Well, if it's your job to ask for and record that information, then that's your job. And that's how interaction continued with their office, blaming me for them not showing up. They finally came another day, the man who came took ages to install the faucets (charge by the hour), including a half hour toilet break (!) If you're looking for a frustrating place that will keep you waiting for days, then take their time and charge you for that, this is the place. Faucet still leaks, though less. 3 days of waiting.

For the replacement of a main sewer line tap, I received many quotes. JP had the greatest pricing I could find and was very responsive and informed. They were on time, and the personnel was excellent. One of the team members cleaned up a section of my grass that was a disaster from a prior contractor while they waited for the inspectors. Despite the fact that I didn't ask for it, he was really helpful. I'll be calling these people first if I have any other requirements.
