Our tankless water heater was not working and Keli came right away (same day) to diagnose the issue, and because I had no hot water they made a huge effort to get it fixed by the next day. I found this company on line, called and Chaim answered right away. I needed a new vanity installed and a toilet that was constantly running fixed. Chaim came over today and he and his worker installed the vanity, fixed the toilet and replaced a pipe in the kitchen avoiding a leak. They did a great job, they cleaned up and the job only took a couple of hours. My house was built in 1905 and other plumbers had told us we’d have to redo the whole bathroom to fix the problem in the sink and we’d have to replace the toilet. Chaim is a pleasure to deal with.

I trie to use this business. I called 3 times to confirm the appointment. I even agreed to pay there ridiculous fee to send someone to inspect my ac. Day of appointment I get a call saying there was never a appointment today. Poor planning and scheduling. And even poorer customer service
