Update - After a few mishaps in scheduling, Tim called me and explained why his team wasn't able to come out as scheduled. Tim made a promise that he would personally come out and fix my leaking sprinkler pipe and he kept his word. Leak was fixed as promised and the pricing was very reasonable. I was desperate to resolve a plumbing issue and came across Plumbing NYC. I called them and got a prompt response from Donny. Sal, the plumber, then set up a free estimate and detected the leak, and replaced the pipe the very next day.

I own a business on the lower East side of Manhattan, I had a pipe leak and Harry from Waterhouse was there within the hour.. He fixed the problem and business was back to normal. Harry is very professional and also made me laugh. Thank You Harry!! You will be hearing from me again harry.

For the replacement of our water heater, we used this service, Plumbung. From the time we called for a quote until the installation was finished, less than 24 hours had passed. Roy was on time, friendly, and extremely professional. I'll use this business once more without a doubt.

These guys are terrific. They are responsive, courteous and efficient. I had to have them come twice this week for two different issues. Both times, they were able to come the day I called. They solved the problems and are very easy to deal with.

There was a sewer backup at my condo. The problem was resolved by the men after they came with the necessary tools. In and out in a flash. They made incredible things. I heartily support them.

Have called this company four times, set up two different appointments to get an estimate, and they did not show up, deny that they know about the job, and do not call back despite leaving multiple messages. Clearly they are busy enough. Take your business elsewhere. Very unprofessional.

Watson has been my go-to plumbers for pipes, leaks, and inspections. More recently they came to my rescue when our (new!) hot water heater stopped working and the pilot light would not relight. Based on that, I will probably use them for more heating services too and get one stop shopping.

He's a humble guy and an honest plumber. He did a much needed clean out and service of my boiler. I am very grateful to have been able to connect with someone that did great work and is a good communicator and not out to take advantage of anyone. He was easy to work with and highly highly recommend him.

Arrived within a day of when I called them ready to replace water heater that was destroyed by IDA remnant. Removed old water heater within 2 hrs of job start. Left the area dry and clean. Had hot water 1 hr later. Great job.

Emergency Service at 200 am Friday morning 11/01/19 !!!!

I literally sprung a leak in my kitchen by way of a 1/2” black pipe plug into a brass three-way nipple.
Not knowing that these two different materials shouldn’t be mixed together for an installation this created my problem.

This setup was put together for a future dishwasher in this area for hot & cold lines. Unfortunately the plug threads inside the three-way nipple corroded & broke off the black plug causing excessive water springing horizontally everywhere. After quickly shutting off the main water shut-off I had to call for help.
I called the Plumbing Squad 24 hr # which transferred me to local plumbers on there list who are available 24 hrs. I spoke to Patrice, quickly described my problem over the phone & he quoted me a price.
It was expensive but reasonable given the predicament I was in.

He arrived in around an hour. He was very polite, courteous & respectful. After showing him the job he consulted me on any final decisions alterations. We agreed & he got his tools & began working.
He cut out the 2x three-way nipples, installed 2x new ball valves & fitted 2x new small copper pipes pcs to slip over & connect both lines. Patrice knew what he was doing & calmed my urgencies down.
He had all his tools & materials needed for his job. I was impressed & want everyone else to know he’s good ppl & this company is really a lifesaver !!!

I will never forget this & have already considered Patrice for my future jobs coming up.
