GLORY BE THE TOILETS FIXED!!! let me tell you something - there is nothing worse than a broken toilet and a bit of back flow. Also, there is nothing better than HUB plumbing at my door within an hour to save the day. they were so conscientious in my typical small nyc apartment with two little dogs. i felt so comfortable with the team there that i left them and went to the grocery store for a minute. I've never had a personal plumber before - these are my guys.

We have spent thousands of dollars repairing it each year, not counting the cost of replacing the unit. We requested an inspection from this plumbing company this year. We received a call at around 1:30 to see if they could make it earlier; our appointment was from 3-5 pm. The sooner the better, please. Nathan, one of our technicians, was amazing. He came out to check on my AC unit and found that it was experiencing a few issues. He presented the issue and several potential solutions. We deliberated the possibilities and came to a decision. The issue will be permanently fixed when they arrive on Wednesday. From the initial call to the technician, everyone we interacted with was very polite and respectful. genuinely concerned about the issue we were experiencing. He also installed a water softener. He did some more plumbing work in my home for me because I relocated a bathroom and laundry area. They did an excellent job! I used Fred Smith Plumbing and Heating at the recommendation of the super of my building and I'm so glad I did. They removed an old bathroom vanity and installed a new one (and new fixtures). The job went faster than estimated and they did a top notch job. They even tighten a loose shower handle and kitchen faucet while they were there. Did I mention they did all of this during July 4th week?! I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for excellent plumbers in NYC.

Refuses to provide insurance for work. Called them out on it, and they said I need to send a check first. Obviously I said no - like car insurance, plumbing insurance is a MUST.

The boiler they worked on stopped working. Asked for visit/maintenance, and they claimed they no longer do work for me because I didn't send the check.

Bound to be doing something shady in the background. Not trustworthy.

My water heater was not providing sufficient hot water and I contacted Neo Plumbing to fix my issue. The plumber, Nick came on time and diagnosed the problem, and gave me an estimate. The price was fair and they completed my water heater repair. I am very happy with the service.

I contacted Mike because my heater was running sporadically. He answered promptly and was able to squeeze me in 2 day time and diagnosed the problem with my boiler in 5 minutes. He was able to fix the problem so I can get heat for now and told me if it breaks, he will return with the replacement part if it breaks.

He is efficient and honest. I won't hesitate to use him for all my repairs.
