Had a late evening problem on a Sunday where my double sink was backing up badly - and I wasn't running any water! I called Rotorooter and they had someone to my apartment in 40 minutes late on a Sunday night. My technician #288 was friendly, polite and professional. He worked hard and fast. Turns out the blockage was well below my first floor apartment but everyone above me using their sinks was causing mine to back up. I ran up and down the stairs to ask my neighbors not to wash their dishes. But missed one person who had been out. Technician 288 had thought ahead and put a strong garbage bag under the sink when the cascade began. Had he not been thinking ahead my apartment would have flooded and the apartment below would have as well. Within an hour and half my water was flowing and all was well. Great peace of mind since I am leaving on a week-long trip tomorrow. So thankful this horrible thing happened when it did, otherwise it could have been a real disaster! And so thankful Rotorooter offers such a great 24 hour service!

I think this plumber was quite competent. The crew was well equipped and they took a short time to do the repairs and replacements. They also supplied a price right away to replace both water heaters. I recommend.

Harris plumbing installed two backflow devices. One on a sprinkler system and another on a domestic water supply. Harris personnel were responsive and James did a neat and professional job.

The leak over someone’s oven, however, began to escalate and the source appeared to be major. More extensive work had to be done than originally thought and the IMP plumber addressed that situation expertly and efficiently. The plumber and his assistant worked tirelessly and he was considerate enough to leave me in an operational setting afterwards, which I did not think was possible! This plumber is exceptional. I would tell you his name, but IMP knows and since we probably will eventually need a plumber again; I don’t want him to be too busy … THANK YOU!

My old hot water heater started leaking water badly (basically failing) very early morning resulting in me turning off the water and heat element. I found and called them, and Arsen came by quickly to inspect, recommended to replace with price point, and with half deposit, got the new heater and came by in the afternoon and got the job done at the time he said he would.

A few months ago, we had the boiler system in the house break and not deliver heat properly. Chris was timely, and explained every step of the way what he was doing and why he was doing it. The job became a rather large one as we discovered the issues with the boiler system, needing a full drain and changing of the bleeder valves through the whole house. Every time we made a change to the plan that would cost more, Chris was sure to inform me and make sure that was what we wanted to move forward with. I told him to fix it well once so I didn't need him again - several months later, my heat is working better than ever. Considering the initial quote he gave me, and how big the project had ballooned to, he even knocked a little bit off of the final total at the end. Absolutely satisfied with the work he did, and will be sure to call him first and absolutely recommend his services.

I called MKC after hours because we were having a minor flood in our kitchen due to a faulty dishwasher. Chris was so patient on the phone, walking us through how to shut the water off (he was unable to come out to help, but was able to help on the phone).
