The communication and responsiveness were first-rate, and the job performed well and in a most timely fashion.

After being ripped off by my last plumber and getting issued a violation David had a difficult task reassuring me. He is a super nice guy and I can't say enough good stuff about him or the experience. He worked really close with the engineer and made sure I had all the paperwork in time for court. The work site was left nice and clean. Everything was done on time. Whether it was his appointments with me or getting me paperwork he made sure I wasn't stressed. Nivo has a customer for life. Our building uses Fred Smith and we had a broken pipe in our kitchen. Fred Smith gave us a service call, then canceled and rescheduled it. On the second time when they were due to come, they simply canceled. WORST BUSINESS EVER! DO NOT USE THEM!

This company is a Greek tragedy. It's funny they call themselves plumbers, when I'm fairly certain that the majority of their revenue comes from taking customers to small claims court. The lady they send to small claims court is a regular apparently, and knows all the tricks. My family members unfortunately had never been to small claims before, and naively opted for mediation. The Demar lady must have been so happy as it basically meant they were going to get paid for not performing any service. Disgusting that this is allowed in America.

Horrible! Initial interaction with this company resulted in them providing a quote that was 3x more expensive than another plumber. They wanted to rip out pipes that weren't even broken. Gave them a 2nd try for a much smaller problem which resulted in them not even showing up despite telling me that they were coming ALL day. One excuse after another and yet noone showed up. Other options available that seem to be more reliable.
