From new build to 5 years later we are still having leak issues. Over seven leaks from gas to water. Not sure how we didn't die in this casket they provided. I have the privilege of pulling up my new toilet to replace the leaking wax ring and last week we had to have a plumber fix the gas hot water heater line that has been leaking in the attic.

We had a clogged pipe that shut down 2 bathrooms. Troy, assisted by Steve, carefully checked the situation, diagnosed the problem and quickly got everything working again. I had been warned by another plumbing co. that I had a complicated and costly problem. Michel's Plumbing is skilled, honest, reasonable costs and a pleasure to work with. They are busy so there is a wait but well worth it. Call them!

Called Bertucci Bros Plumbing as they had great reviews. The person answering the phone responded compassionately ( I really needed that), and immediately sent a plumber and helper team out to assess the problem, as the sewer line was backing up in my house in the toilet and shower. Yuck! They ran a snake through the line, and did a video. The problem has now been diagnosed, quoted at a fair price and the extensive repair work project will be completed shortly. I love that they are a local company in my area.

Mike came out the next day after a gas leak was detected by Atmos and scheduled the job. Another problem presented itself on site, a water pipe leak in an area that was very hard to reach. I would have never known about it until it entirely burst. They went ahead and fixed that before the replacing the gas lines. All work was done in a timely manner by a professional crew.
