Great service Felix did an awesome job.

Took 4 hours to fix my toilet. Kept trying to leave with my toilet not flushing properly. Finally unmounted the toilet after hour 3 and found the problem. My toilet is fixed and I’m happy about that. However, I am not happy that he didn’t think to unmount the toilet for 3 hours after seeing it wasn’t working properly but instead wasted that time trying to convince me it was working fine.After my original review the General Manager called me. He was very understanding and provided great customer service. We discussed my concerns and I greatly appreciate the care and the time that was taken to make things right.

It was a fantastic experience. Their crew was able to fix my plumbing issues since they were so knowledgeable. I cant help but sing their praises for the quick toilet repair they did.
