Please tell your drivers to slow down when driving through neighborhoods. The vehicle with the missing window in the back left side was going way too fast down my street this morning.

Great company for installing my hot water heater that went out. They were quick to arrive and had me up and running 24 hours after the initial call. Where the 3 stars comes in is the communication involving payment. The technicians who initially came were awesome- they explained the process and guided me in the right direction. They said “at most it would be 2300, but that’s only if we have issues with your vent pipe or there’s something we encounter upon installation. I’m confident I can get you around the 2000 mark.” He said it would be less if they are not here as long to install.

Today a different group came to install at 8:15 am and they left at 9:25. I was told $2,350. When I explained what I was told, shoulders were shrugged and he said that was the price. Then I asked how I could pay by cc and then was told it would be an additional 4% which was never explained.

If you decide to use this company, make sure to get what they are saying in writing- not too happy with the communication. It would have also been helpful to get something in writing. I never signed for anything. (And normally I would but I guess in an emergency over the holidays it was overlooked)

Before you call anyone else, please read! - I called Hebert Drain Care this morning because of a drainage issue with both of our bathrooms - toilets periodically not flushing and, at times, backing up from the shower drains. I left a message a little after 7am when they open for business. I received a call back in less than 30 minutes. Lenny Hebert was very nice and listened when I explained the issues. Lenny said he woudl send his guy Jason and gave us a time frame between 10am and 1pm. Jason called us just before 10am and said he was on his way. He arrived at 10:10am. I was familiar with the name, Jason, from the great google reviews by other customers. Now I know why! Jason was so amazing! He was courteous, professional and genuine! He spoke to my husband and I the same! He didn't talk down to me or treat me any differently because I'm a woman. He was very, very knowledgeable and explained everything in detail as to what he was going to do! He really knows his stuff and he is sooo honest! He gave us an estimate for each possibility. Our final bill was close to what he originally estimated and gave us the best service! He was so thorough and with no attempt to overcharge! He looked for ways to save us money! He also gave us suggestions on what to do in the future! We will now ONLY call Hebert Drain Care for our plumbing issues in the future. Call these guys first!!! You will not regret it!! The reviews are real and I've seen it for myself!
