Owner is a great guy, super informative

On the 3rd night of the coldest weather in the New Orleans area, just when I thought we were going to make it through... One of my water pipes burst at 4 am. From that moment on I was calling plumbers... I didn’t get a call back until 9 am and then all I got was we can put you down for Saturday and try to get to you sooner from one and Friday at the soonest from another and so and so on and so on... I called one place that said they could come out today between 2 and 6 pm, but I called one more number, 504Parish Plumbing and Joel said he could get someone out to me today. They had a job ahead of me in NOLA but I would be next. In a space of an hour of calling them (like noon 30ish) my pipe was fixed and I had running water again!!!! Even Joel was surprised, stating, “but then again I have one of the best plumbers there is”. I couldn’t agree more!! The plumbers on my job were courteous, knowledgeable, and quick! The price was reasonable and I am a beyond happy fixed pipe and running water customer!!! Great job 504Parish Plumbing!!! You really saved my day!!!!

The only thing I was not happy with was the sheetrock holes. That were left and not repaired. Had to call out another guy to repair them but the company had a name on file for sheetrock repair. The plumbing job was very good no leaks.
Plumber and crew very nice and cleaned up their mess. Took about two days.

I called and was told I am on the schedule for the next day. I was not added to the schedule and needless to say we are very hot and unhappy.

I had a running toilet problem that I replaced the flapper myself and still was running. Mike came and observed and noticed the gasket underneath my seal ring was deteriorated. He tried to go to hardware store to get replacement part but they suggested to replace toilet as they showed it was discontinued. Mike was able to order the part out of states for cheap and replace it the same day it came in! Enjoyed his service, price, and knowledge he provided me with for maintenance tips!

Great service

Very professional and punctual. Before replacing water heater explored avenues to repair. Came the very next day to review and complete work. I had called several other plumbers who would only replace. Very satisfied with work.

The owner, AL, is rude and unprofessional. Would not recommend.
