Terrible service. Someone was supposed to come to my house between 10a-2p yesterday. I got a call around noon saying they weren’t going to be able to come that day. I called this morning to verify that someone was coming, and they said between 8a-12p. I got a call at 10:30a saying they were running late but someone was going to come today. I called them back around 2:45p and asked if someone was still coming. They said no but they would come tomorrow. They can waste someone else’s time. 0/5 stars.

Mike Saia is my neighbor. My water heater needed re-lighting after Ida because the pilot went out. Worked for awhile but went out again after a week or so. Tried re-lighting, but didn't work. Took cold showers for a week. Saw Mike this a.m. while walking the dog, told him about the water heater & next thing I know he's at the house installing my new water heater. He's nice as can be & very professional as are his employees. I had hot water in a couple hours. Couldn't ask for better service. Call Saia Plumbing for all your needs.
