Josh didn't just show up on time. He was quick to assess what was needed and made a solid recommendation on a tankless water heater. He also looked at my 3 current water heaters and talked about concerns - which considering two of the units were 42 years old was very important.

C.N. Finley Plumbing was a great find - I was always pleased with there service since I bought a house in Metairie in 2007. When they went out of business, and merged with Bienvenu Brothers, I certainly gave the company a try. Bienvenu Brothers was and is very disappointing to me. After using them 3 times, I will never again. My house was built in the 1940's and requires lots of maintenance. I had some pipes replaced after the freeze (1/2018). Ended up replacing all the fixtures in the bathroom tub/shower, but the drain lever was still not functional. They would not come out to fix it unless I was there, even though I left a key, and was unable to be there personally.

Called AML Electric after hours due to my air conditioning system not blowing cold.
I received a call back explaining to the gentleman my situation and that I had my 3 grand babies here and it was starting to get hot.
He asked if it was okay if he could come out and check the unit. I agreed and assumed that an after hours fee would apply. Well he waived the fee and got the unit fixed.
