I must write this review.First, all the Positive reviews I read on this site are true. Really, all the Good reports on these guys and that company,(Surgi's), are exactly the way it is.Second, The Honesty is Truly overwhelming!!! It would take me the rest of the evening to tell you all the details.Third, The Team work is Outstanding!!! The Care, Concern, and Courtesy is just Awesom. I mean, these guys care about your cooling and heating needs, also your budget.I must mention Vaughn and Chris, the two technicians who came out. They were so together on everything. The Harmony was right there. It seemed almost magical. We always use Stuart Services because they are reliable, trustworthy, professional. We initially placed a call to our home warranty company American Home Shield and at present we are still waiting for a response. That was 5 days ago. We called Stuart and they came out and completed the service within 2 hours! The technician Ed B was very thorough and explained every step along the process. Highly recommended!

C.N. Finley Plumbing was a great find - I was always pleased with there service since I bought a house in Metairie in 2007. When they went out of business, and merged with Bienvenu Brothers, I certainly gave the company a try. Bienvenu Brothers was and is very disappointing to me. After using them 3 times, I will never again. My house was built in the 1940's and requires lots of maintenance. I had some pipes replaced after the freeze (1/2018). Ended up replacing all the fixtures in the bathroom tub/shower, but the drain lever was still not functional. They would not come out to fix it unless I was there, even though I left a key, and was unable to be there personally.
