Called for emergency service due to an back flow in the tubs and toilets around 7:45 PM. Received a return call around 8:30 PM. Service technician, Mark, was at our home by 9:10PM. Mark arrived in uniform with a pleasant professional attitude and ready to tackle the job. He quickly ascertained the problem, gave us our estimate, then got on the roof to access the vent stack and begin to solve the problem. Thinking it was solved, we began to flush and run the shower. Unfortunately, one of the two bathrooms was still having issues. Mark went back on the roof without a complaint and started again. Within an hour and a half, our problem pipes were clear. He stuck around for an additional half hour to assure the problem did not recur as did the first time.Professional, courteous, knowledgeable. By far the best plumber that has ever come to our home.
