Great place

I am shocked to see this business has 5 stars. The work completed was fine, but to find out we were charged more than $600 for 3.5 hours of work (which included a lot of smoke breaks and down time) was unbelievable. They said they would come back two days later to finish the work, but we assumed they would charge us by the hour again, so we asked them not to come back. Then after they chased us for payment for 2 weeks (that's their word, not ours), and we expressed our frustration with the cost/value of the work, they basically said too late. After much back and forth, they said they would come back out to finish the drywall without charging us more, but not fix the other holes they put in our walls. At that point, I said forget it - I don't want to deal with them anymore. Not to mention, the office manager is incredibly unprofessional and clearly not customer centric. Never in my life have I used a service through an LLC then been harassed every day following for 2 weeks. I begrudgingly paid the bill, but I will never use them again.

Satified customer! Everything from the initial call to the parting wave was above expectation. I highly recommend Stuart Services for all your electrical, plumbing and A/C needs. I was able to get a next day appointment for my electrical problem and after my job was completed, I was then able to show the technician other minor problems around the home to which I was given a quick quote. My technician, Patrick, explained the root of the problem and what he was going to do to repair it as well as adjusted my electrical panel breaker box hinge so that I would be better able to access it. I hired this company AML electric to correct three situations regarding light switches, and a cost $563. They did the work and I paid them. When I shut the basement lights off the kitchen lights went off, I had an upstairs bedroom outlet that wasn’t working. it worked, and I didn’t work, they repaired three lights in my basement in the shower in the bathroom utility area. The light in the bathroom stays on with all the lights in the basement,. I’ve called them and email them 20 times over the past two weeks to come back and finish the job. he came back once said he had to get an outlet and electrical box and finish the repair and that was the last time I saw him ( josh Johnson) He reads my emails but doesn’t respond. I have switches sticking out of the wall and just a poor company to deal with. Doesn’t see what he’s gonna do.
