Harold plumbing replaced pipes under my home. The service I received from beginning until the end was professional. Harold came and gave an estimate following the work began . Every worker involved in the replacement were professional, friendly, a very positive experience. When the job was complete Harold deducted an amount from my bill for work he did not have to provide. The service from Roto-Rooter was exceptional! They came within the time window quoted, kept me updated, & dispatch contacted me when the plumber was on his way. They actually came out the same day I called. Nicholas A. was extremely professional, explained the process, kept me updated, worked hard & cleaned the workspace when he had completed the issue. He patiently broke up the clogs & followed all safety protocols. Wonderful company! If you need great service, don’t hesitate to call!

Charging $75 dollars for a quote is crazy, look elsewhere for plumbing service. I should've known that if they are charging for a quote their prices would be high. They came and quoted $480 for a water filter installation. I had to make the decision to give them the money for the quote and try someone else who wasn't trying to rip me off. I called another plumber and he quoted for free and got the job done for $130.

Replaced a bathroom faucet and a ceramic cylinder on the kitchen faucet. Resealed around another faucet. All quality work and professional. Walter and Kane were terrific and professional.
