Robert came out to me house the second day for an appt. I was unable to use water in my home due to the sewer drai.ine being clogged. He was relentless in wanting to leave me with a fully functional drain. I was very happy he fixed our issue in a reasonable amount of time. My family and I are able to use the water again. C.N. Finley Plumbing was a great find - I was always pleased with there service since I bought a house in Metairie in 2007. When they went out of business, and merged with Bienvenu Brothers, I certainly gave the company a try. Bienvenu Brothers was and is very disappointing to me. After using them 3 times, I will never again. My house was built in the 1940's and requires lots of maintenance. I had some pipes replaced after the freeze (1/2018). Ended up replacing all the fixtures in the bathroom tub/shower, but the drain lever was still not functional. They would not come out to fix it unless I was there, even though I left a key, and was unable to be there personally.
