Joseph P. did a terrific job - the day after a hurricane, when the AC probably was struggling, because it was running off a natural gas generator. In other words, the generator may have been complicating/causing the situation.

I do not think this was an easy one, but Joseph got things working, at least for now and perhaps longer. Further problems can be handled by the generator company, supposed to prevent such occurrences in the first place.

Professional, personal and competent. Patient. And if Joseph had a question, he got right through to his boss by cell. I could hear what they were saying. They were communicating about what to do in a meaningful way.

Even if the fix turns out not to be lasting, I was very pleased.

He was extremely courteous, professional and personable, and eased my worries. He efficiently repaired the issue and made sure all my questions were answered! He truly went above and beyond- even after regular work hours. I never write reviews, but I’m so grateful for William’s kindness (not to mention fixing my plumbing problem in a pinch!). I hired this company AML electric to correct three situations regarding light switches, and a cost $563. They did the work and I paid them. When I shut the basement lights off the kitchen lights went off, I had an upstairs bedroom outlet that wasn’t working. it worked, and I didn’t work, they repaired three lights in my basement in the shower in the bathroom utility area. The light in the bathroom stays on with all the lights in the basement,. I’ve called them and email them 20 times over the past two weeks to come back and finish the job. he came back once said he had to get an outlet and electrical box and finish the repair and that was the last time I saw him ( josh Johnson) He reads my emails but doesn’t respond. I have switches sticking out of the wall and just a poor company to deal with. Doesn’t see what he’s gonna do.
