FYI: You can't bring your problem to him, he comes to you. Great plumbers, they get the job done. Everything working efficiently.

Harold plumbing replaced pipes under my home. The service I received from beginning until the end was professional. Harold came and gave an estimate following the work began . Every worker involved in the replacement were professional, friendly, a very positive experience. When the job was complete Harold deducted an amount from my bill for work he did not have to provide. HONESTLY. I recommend Harold plumbing to anyone needing their services. I will recommend them to all family and friends. Thanks to the entire crew. May GOD bless you all.

Plumber was not able to fix the problem but instead caused more problems. He did not have a fan or wet vac for the water he caused to go through the house, left the restroom full of feces that we had to clean up ourselves. I called other plumbing service and they were able to fix the problem without causing a mess. Roto Rooter owes us a refund as well as compensation for water damage. Roto Rooter is horrible do not call them ever for service. You will regret it.

I called AMS to have my bathroom shower nobs replaced. I did not know that I could have purchased them my self. Mr Plumber was assigned. Two workers came and told me they would get back to me on the problem. They unscrewed the one good nob so I could at least turn on the water by rotation from hot to cold with the one nob. A week later AHS called states to do the work I need is not covered and Mr Plumber will charge me $700.00 dollars to do it. .I thought about and and said no. Then on a notion I took the one nob to a hardware store and purchased two in a pack. Put them on and my bathtub is fixed for the grand total $28.48
It is ashamed to rip off people .I kept the workers work orders for proof of ripping me off.

They came out for a water heater leak one of the contractors told me it needed to be replaced the insurance okayec as well week later came to install new water heater they told me its fine just need pressure valve changed the leak stopped but a week later ig started up again when i called i was told id have to setup a new claim and pay a new service fee and received attitude from receptionist.
