Owner is a great guy, super informative

My wife called them this morning (MLK Day) regarding a leaky faucet, the owner answered the phone and said he’d have someone out today. Sure enough, a plumber was there right at 10, and as I type this two hours later there’s a new faucet installed and working wonderfully. Could not ask for better service!

The pros: the woman who answers the phone is lovely, clear and provided a price and time. The techs showed up promptly and on time. The toilet was repaired quickly.

The cons: one of the workers (I believe the owner) stated a price nearly double what we were quoted on the phone without explanation. It was only when we said that we were quoted another number that he said oh, yeah fine then in a huff. He also left our door to our home wide open upon leaving after making himself quite at home in our kitchen - as though it was his house. His apprentice or assistant was lovely and kind. You could tell he was distressed by the owner's behavior.

Excellent, honest plumber. Fast, efficient and done right.

Had them install a bath faucet. $400.

It was a pleasure working with Henry. Henry and his crew made the task of having and entire sewer line replaced bearable. They really went the extra mile to ensure that our plumbing needs were met. I definitely recommended giving them a call.
