The technician was able to come earlier than expected which was great because the problems were affecting my ability to work since I work from home. Once diagnosed he was able to explain what occurred to cause the problems in a way that made sense, and he explained the cost for any work needed prior to starting any repairs. I will definitely use Hiller in the future over others I have used in the past.

The services I checked off are in the process of being scheduled. The young Service tech that was here yesterday & Justin, who was here this morning could not have been more professional. They not only listened to my story & frustration of the delay in someone getting here, they HEARD me & wasted no time in getting solutions in place, scheduling & solving the immediate problem at hand. I attempted to do some minor plumbing. This was a mistake, I AM NOT A PLUMBER,. Seriously a tankless technician came out and repaired what I messed up.This was my second time using Lee.
