With family coming in from out of town and 16 mouths to feed for dinner, my sink backed up and garbage disposal shut down. The company I used for HVAC which also does plumbing coils not get here for four days. So I called Doctor Drops and they were here in an hour! Matt and his partner were friendly, professional and efficient. Within 30 minutes my problems were solved and I was able to clean up my messy kitchen! Thank you, Doctor Drip!

We scheduled an appointment with Benjamin Franklin to replace a Moen kitchen faucet. We already had the faucet. The technician quoted us a price of $469.00 plus a $69.00 service call for a total of $538.00. We denied the work due to the cost and subsequently obtained three different bids from reputable companies for the same work at $185.00 or less. We ended up getting the repair done for $130.00 with no service call fee. The technician asked us what we thought the work was worth. Our response was $150.00. That in itself made me question their pricing schedule. I would not, as I told the technician, recommend Benjamin Franklin Plumbing due to their price gouging.
