Service was prompt and professional. Had a leak from a pipe inside a wall. Hoffman arrived same day. They quickly found the problem and proposed a solution. They discussed everything that was needed in easy to understand terms and gave an accurate estimate of time and cost. I would use them again.

Gary did a good and thorough job fixing my leaky toilet. He explained in detail what was causing it to leak. He offered different options to fix the problem from the basic option of replacing the faulty parts, to the premium option of replacing the whole commode. He didn't pressure me to go with the most expensive option. I would definitely recommend Benjamin Franklin Plumbing and will contact them if I ever see any plumbing issues arise again.
