I called after hours because our ac was out. It turns out the issue was really difficult to diagnose but the after hours tech from lee was so kind(and from calling at 8:30pm he arrived at 8:45pm)and spent awhile trying to find our issue. In the end he couldn’t figure it out and said he’d contact a more experienced tech the next day(he did, but the original company I was using ended up coming back out) I just wanted to thank him for taking the time and being so cool when I’m sure my job was extremely frustrating. BEWARE RIPOFF RIPOFF RIPOFF, this company should be ashamed of themselves. A technician from the company just came to my home to give me a quote on connecting a gas line. After being underneath my home for five minutes he quickly determined that it was moisture under my home. The technician has to come inside my home and go through a crawl space which is aligned with encapsulation. Little did he know that I had another company to come out the day before and everything was great. I just wanted to compare quotes and go with the best and most fair quote. I was told that I would get my quote right away and the technician left and said he would have to send someone else out to take a look. Needless to say I am out of a $79 for someone from this company to come to my home to try and rip me off to make the company more money. If you are looking for a trustworthy company, look elsewhere.
