Best Home Heating Units in Nashville TN

I have to give a poor review here, as I scheduled them to come out for my AC unit and took off work to be home, but the morning of my appointment, I was called and told the company owner was not willing to perform the work because it was a warranty-related job. I understand his concern, but I told them up front my unit was under warranty--so I should not have been told they can assist me, and have taken off work to be home, only to find out the day of that they are unwilling to serve me.
The woman on the phone was very nice about it, hence the 2 stars. But this overall was a big inconvenience for me, and I can't recommend that way of doing business.

Matt reconnected my washer and dryer and was very nice and professional. Didn’t leave until we were completely satisfied. Would give 6 stars if possible and highly recommend.
