HVAC 6 month check up. Highly qualified tech assured me all was good and everything was working as it should.

We have had them come out 2 times to look at our gas units because they were emitting Carbon Monoxide. They were unable to find the problem after 2 visits. After attempting to schedule a 3rd visit, they stated that we would be the first customer for the day. When we didn't hear from them, they told us that they made a mistake and didn't schedule us like they had stated. We waited over 6 hours without a call. When I called them back around hour 5 they stated that we were next in line, but that no technicians had finished their first job of the day. We called back and cancelled our 3rd appointment to go with another vendor because of the safety hazard. We have had to shut down our business operations for 3 days which is affecting our ability to function as a business.

Roman is awesome. He takes the time to explain the issue and will physically show me what the problem is. We’ve had experience with other HVAC companies and they haven’t even come close to providing the service that Roman has. MCH overall is very responsive and everyone I’ve talked to has been so nice. Would definitely recommend this company.
