Couldn't have asked for a better experience! We had reached out to several other plumbing companies in the area but no one was able to see her for weeks except for Mid Tenn Home Solutions. They came the next day that I could be home and diagnosed what was causing all of the plumbing issues in our 40 year old home.
We had worked with John who just came out on a early Saturday morning to replace our Sewer Ejection Pump. He was very professional and informed me of the entire process. The price for the job was very competitive against national average too.

I called Benjamin Franklin of Nashville for a toilet leak, a technician was sent out promptly. He replaced a pipe however that did not stop the leak. He came a second round and now the toilet is broken - says we need to replace the toilet flush kit. He promised to send someone else as he wasn't equipped to handle the work - after 3 follow up calls over 2 days, I havent received any response back. I called again at 4:45 PM, an after hour representative says they are closed and that I need to call in the AM. I still cannot use the toilet. Not good!
