We had an emergency plumbing situation over the weekend that was actually a repeat issue from a prior time. Roger from Roto-Rooter came out almost immediately and provided a more extensive service and gave a more in-depth diagnosis than our previous experience with this same problem. While the news was less than positive, I cannot speak ill of the service as he truly went above and beyond my expectations on how to handle the situation.

Ben and Brett showed up in less than an hour of calling the office. Very professional, put on booties to walk through the house. We had a stuck Moen shower faucet they replaced, and in doing so even discovered a leak at our meter at the street we were unaware of. Absolutely outstanding customer service! We even became club members due to their amazing service. I can't recommend them highly enough!
