I had an immediate plumbing issue and googled plumbers in my area and Genz-Ryan was the first provider that came up. I called and was able to get a next day appointment. The person answering the phone was helpful and explained their process thoroughly. Joel, my technician, was so friendly! I had a huge project and he was at my home most of the day, was a pleasure to have him in my home. He had great communication and was patient with my 5 year old daughter who wanted to chat with him while he worked. He took time to answer her questions as to what he was doing. He was professional. I would definitely recommend this company and Joel in particular. My project was big so another technician, Shawn also came to help. He was also very professional and efficient. So grateful for these guys and that the issue was resolved same day! Couldn’t have asked for more!

Adam was very knowledgeable and explained everything he was doing and why. Then explained what the results of his testing meant, whether it was good or bad and why it needed to be in a certain range. He explained what was happening with our AC system, what it HAD to have done now and in the near future. What a new one would mean, and suggested having someone come out to consult with us on a new one. (Ours was 23 years old and we had been told a few years ago that we would need to replace it soon, like within a year or so!). Adam also set the consult up for us and explained how it would work. He offered suggestions and different options we had. I would definitely use him again!
