In November of 2021 I called Roto Rooter to unplug a clogged drain - not only did they fail to clean the drain but in the process they got their cleaning cable stuck in my drain pipe. They claimed my pipe was broke under the concrete and they needed to dig up the floor to fix it for $4,500 (I told them no I don't think so). Recently, I called Genz-Ryan and they sent out their service tech, Gary. He spent 2-3 hours and finally got the cable unknotted/removed and drain cleaned. He wouldn't quit until it was fixed. Of course I'll call Gary @ Genz-Ryan if I have any drain problems in the future!Don

I have used Right Mark plumbing on more than one occasion and recommended to others who have had just as good experiences as I have. Responsive, professional, and reliable- highly recommend.

Felipe did a great job helping us fix the drain clog we had from our toilet. He also was great with walking through our options and the plan for resolving the clog.

2017 I did Phase I of a big renovation and spent 19K with Steinkraus and when I got the bill I asked for back up documentation to support the invoice and was given the run around and an answer well we aren't the cheapest plumbers and we need to cover overhead. When we started Phase II we really like the plumber and thought let's give them a second try and asked for another person to be our contact. They sent the owner Merle and he did a bid which we signed but stated we were concerned that some of Phase III might be included but were told don't worry we will be fair and take care of you. When I got the 17K bill I had kept track of all the hours. I am about 5K in the dark how they came up with the total and they refuse to itemize the invoice. My advise is if you work with them it is time and materials and you ask for documentation. The time spent on site for Ryan was a total of 67 x $135.00 = $9045.00 plus $1000.00 Material plus fixtures $2440.00 =$12, 485.00. Even if you added on a 20% management fee it still would be below the $17,210.00 invoice I received. So basically they charged me $205.00 an hour? I just wish they felt the need to walk me through all the charges but they have no interest. The good news we think our plumber was great just not the front office. The bad news is we have Phase III and can't use them. 5 Stars for plumbing!

I had a wonderful experience with Kintex. I went through my warranty company America Home Shield Warranty. I have been having issues with my kitchen sink faucet for over 2 months. AHS sent out another plumber company first. He could not fix the the faucet and totally misdiagnosed the issue. Finally after waiting on AHS and the back and forth for 2 month, AHS sent Kintex. Within a few days, Ike with Kintex came out, diagnosed the issue in 3 mins and fixed my sink in 5 mins. Finally someone who knows what he is doing with experience. Thank you Kintex!
