Our experience with Jake was great! He worked on both our kitchen and bathroom plumbing systems and went over and beyond by fixing the bath drain (in addition to the leaky faucet) and sprayer in the kitchen sink (in addition to fixing the kitchen piping). He also secured the wobbly sink in our bathroom--great attention to detail. Also, because he missed an appointment with us earlier in the week, he waived the trip charge for the subsequent appointment. That shows a lot of integrity. We are happy customers in East side Saint Paul.

We were in the middle of a bathroom remodel project with a different plumber and couldn't get him to come out. So I called tjk plumbing and had dj come out and finish all of the work our previous plumber couldn't. He did a fantastic job and communication was awesome throughout the entire process. Jesse was out at my home that’s currently undergoing a basement remodel. Super nice guy and did exceptionally good work. Highly recommend. His plumbing is tidy and thoughtful. While he was out he found time to remove some unused saddle valves as well as install a filtered hot water line to our hot tub. Cool trick Jesse!

I am still waiting for their call back.. I called for a repair, the lady said I will call you back in 10 minutes.. Make sure you have a plan B if you are going to call them.

Upfront pricing, on-time, and professional. Our water heater went out and Gust plumbing scheduled us in quickly. Rusty was incredibly knowledgeable with an attention to detail that is hard to find nowadays. Gust Plumbing beat everyone else's price and Rusty gave outstanding customer service. I will not go anywhere else with my plumbing needs.

Very unprofessional. Could not even have a conversation about pricing over the phone. Stated that someone needs to come out before they could supply a quote. You should be able to at least tell me what a new water heater is going to cost +/- $500.

I had a wonderful experience with Kintex. I went through my warranty company America Home Shield Warranty. I have been having issues with my kitchen sink faucet for over 2 months. AHS sent out another plumber company first. He could not fix the the faucet and totally misdiagnosed the issue. Finally after waiting on AHS and the back and forth for 2 month, AHS sent Kintex. Within a few days, Ike with Kintex came out, diagnosed the issue in 3 mins and fixed my sink in 5 mins. Finally someone who knows what he is doing with experience. Thank you Kintex!
